Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. In the event that you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, we ask that a cancellation be made no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. We deny other patients your booked time slot so it is important to let us know if you need to reschedule so someone else can get the care they need. Patients who do not cancel their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be charged a $120 no show fee for initial evaluations and $80 no show fee for follow up visits.
